You design, organize, and oversee comprehensive tutoring programs that foster confidence, improve grades, and inspire a lifelong love for learning.

Job Duties and Responsibilities Facilitates academic tutoring sessions to ensure students master difficult subjects and develop effective study habits.Coordinates daily program operations to deliver seamless academic support services.Advises students on academic strategies, goal setting, and resource utilization to maximize their educational journey.Trains and mentors tutoring staff on best practices, instructional methods, and engagement techniques.Supports curriculum development by aligning tutoring resources with classroom learning objectives.Tracks student attendance, progress, and performance data to measure program effectiveness.Manages complex schedules for tutors, students, and study rooms to optimize resource availability.Assesses educational outcomes to identify areas for program improvement and student growth.Communicates effectively with students, faculty, and staff to promote available services and resolve issues.Reports key metrics and program results to leadership to guide strategic decision-making.
Required Qualifications Education Holds a Bachelors degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.Possesses relevant certifications in academic coaching or tutoring management, preferred.
Experience Demonstrates two or more years of experience in academic tutoring, student advising, or program coordination.Shows proven success in training staff and managing educational schedules.
Knowledge/Skills Applies deep knowledge of effective teaching and learning methodologies.Utilizes strong communication skills to connect with diverse student populations.Analyzed data accurately to track student performance and program trends.Organizes multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications Brings a Masters degree in Higher Education or a related discipline.Speaks a second language to support a diverse student body.
Physical Requirements/Work Conditions Sits at a desk and uses computer equipment for extended periods.Lifts instructional materials and equipment weighing up to 20 pounds.Works in a standard office and learning center environment with moderate noise levels.
