Healthcare Foreman

TRL Systems is looking for a Healthcare Foreman to manage onsite teams installing nurse call, security, and fire life safety systems within healthcare facilities.

You'll keep projects moving toward completion, ensure quality work, and act as the main point of contact between the Project Manager, third-party contractors, and the customer.

What You'll Do Supervise onsite field crews to ensure successful installation of project componentsServe as the main point of contact for project timelines and expectationsParticipate in project kickoff meetings and fully understand project scopeReview and manage the project budget, flagging any issues to the Project Manager right awayLead final inspections with clients and Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) to confirm work meets code and contract requirementsConduct on-site evaluations to ensure work matches scope and TRL standards, and report any out-of-scope workKeep project documentation, workplans, and ticket resolutions accurate and completeReview and correct T&M tickets for accurate time, materials, and billingInterpret drawings and determine the best installation methodsProvide system programming and troubleshooting to keep projects movingTrain technicians on products and standards, and manage onboarding for new team membersHandle personnel issues and safety coordination on siteEnter time daily to give management real-time budget visibilityCommunicate daily with internal and external customers by phone, email, and company systems Why TRL You'll take ownership of projects in facilities where the work truly matters hospitals and healthcare settings where reliable systems protect patients and staff every day.
