Employment Specialist | Vista Care (Denver, CO) Vista Care is hiring a full-time, field-basedEmployment Specialistin the Denver area to empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) through meaningful employment.

Pay & Benefits Pay:$23.00 $25.00/hr (Weekly pay + Daily Pay options) Benefits:Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, Paid Sick Leave, 401(k) Key Responsibilities Provide hands-on job coaching and conduct client skills assessments.

Build partnerships with local Denver employers to create job opportunities.

Maintain progress notes, client tracking, and compliance data in EHR systems.

Requirements High School Diploma/GED + activeACRE Certification(or equivalent).

1+ years of experience in IDD support, human services, or workforce development preferred.

Proficient in EHR systems, MS Office, and Google Workspace.

Daily field travel across Denver; must pass background check and E-Verify.
