Overview The General Manager is a key leadership position responsible for the overall performance of the Vance Brothers division.

This position provides strategic and operational leadership across business development, field operations, financial performance, team development, safety, and customer relationships.

The General Manager balances time between field operations, customer engagement, and business development.

This position is responsible for achieving profitable growth while ensuring roadway preservation projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and according to established quality standards.
