We're looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in diagnosing problems, providing solutions, and delivering an outstanding customer experience on every call.

What You'll Do Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems.

Perform comprehensive HVAC inspections, including health and safety evaluations.

Clearly communicate findings and recommend repair or replacement options that best meet the customer's needs.

Complete repairs safely, efficiently, and correctly the first time to minimize callbacks.

Document all service work accurately using ServiceTitan, including equipment information, materials used, and completed repairs.

Keep your company vehicle clean, organized, and fully stocked.

Protect customers' homes and leave every job site cleaner than you found it.

Coordinate with dispatch, management, and other departments to ensure outstanding service.

Promote the benefits of Sensigreen Club Memberships.

Mentor and support apprentice technicians while helping develop the next generation of HVAC professionals.

Follow all company safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout requirements.

Participate in ongoing technical and leadership training.

What We're Looking For EPA Certification (Required) High School Diploma or GED HVAC service and troubleshooting experience preferred (2+ years is ideal, but motivated candidates with the right attitude will be considered) Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer specifications Excellent customer service and communication skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Comfortable using tablets, smartphones, GPS, and ServiceTitan or similar field service software Positive attitude with a team-first mentality Physical Requirements This position requires working in both indoor and outdoor environments, including attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and other confined spaces.

Candidates must be able to: Lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly Climb ladders and work at heights Stand, kneel, bend, crouch, and work in varying weather conditions Safely transport tools, equipment, and materials throughout the workday Why Join Sensigreen?
