EMS Supply Chain Intern

The EMS Supply Chain Intern supports rebalancing and Open Market (OM) activities by assisting with coordination, tracking, and administrative tasks between EMS and manufacturing sites.

This role helps maintain accurate records, supports order execution, and contributes to efficient supply chain operations.

What will you do?

Supply Chain Coordination


* Assist in tracking Rebalancing and Open Market (OM) opportunities based on EMS shortage reports.


* Support communication with sourcing teams and internal stakeholders.


* Coordinate with planning, supply chain, and sourcing teams to support order execution.

Documentation & Reporting


* Maintain accurate records of requests, responses, order status, and communications.


* Update trackers and prepare basic reports to support daily operations.

Administrative Support


* Support day-to-day supply chain administrative activities.


* Follow up on pending requests and escalate issues when necessary.

What qualifications will make you successful?


* Active student pursuing a diploma/bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related fields.


* Willing to perform administrative and coordination tasks.


* Good communication, organization, and attention to detail.


* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.


* Knowledge of Supply Chain or Logistics is a plus.
