IT Support Technician

This position is responsible for providing hardware, software, application, and various IT support needs to the organization and employees.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Troubleshoot and repair hardware issues.

Onsite trainings providedSupport Electronic Health Record (EHR) and other IT needs.

Onsite training provided Provide IT help desk support by taking telephone calls, email inquiries, and IT service desk support tickets.

Assists with troubleshooting IT hardware, computer, and EHR issues/problems for proper resolutions Respond to IT service desk issues and requests in a timely mannerProvides support and works directly with IT Manager and HER Specialist Establish new users, manage access levels, and reset passwords to the network and eClinicalWorksProvides training to end users on hardware, EHR, IT related applications, and telecom systems (computer use, eClinicalWorks, emails, phones & phone systems, etc.) Work professionally with team members and outside vendorsOther duties as assigned.
