(BCI) is seeking a dedicated part-time Therapist to join our Outpatient (OP) Services team, working with clients to effectively address Mental Health (MH) and Substance Abuse (SA) issues by providing accessible, client-centered, cost-effective, and quality outcome-based care.

The Therapist will provide Mental Health (MH) and Substance Abuse (SA) screenings, assessments, groups, and individual and family psychotherapy to clients ages five (5) through adult.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, compassionate, and enjoys working with the public as part of a professional and para-professional team.

They collaborate and communicate easily with BCI departments and external stakeholders, multi-task effectively, and maintain a consistently professional demeanor to ensure every client has a positive and helpful therapeutic experience.
