Maintenance Tech

Job Summary Loveland Center, Inc.

is seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Tech to support the day-to-day maintenance, cleanliness, and safety of our Venice campus, with occasional travel to other Loveland locations as needed.

This full-time position plays an important role in helping ensure our facilities remain safe, clean, functional, and welcoming for the individuals we serve, staff, and visitors.

The ideal candidate is dependable, hands-on, and comfortable completing a variety of light maintenance, groundskeeping, and facility support tasks.

Key Responsibilities Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of interior spaces, restrooms, common areas, and campus groundsPerform light maintenance and basic repair tasksAssist with projects such as moving furniture, storing supplies, painting, power washing, gutter cleaning, floor buffing, and carpet or furniture cleaningHelp keep dumpster and recycling areas clean, organized, and free of debrisIdentify and report maintenance needs and safety concerns to the Maintenance CoordinatorSupport the upkeep of Loveland buildings and grounds to organizational standardsTravel occasionally to other Loveland locations to assist with maintenance needs as assigned Qualifications Prior maintenance experience requiredAbility to safely use power toolsAbility to complete physical tasks such as lifting, moving furniture, cleaning, and grounds workDependable, self-motivated, and able to work independentlyStrong attention to safety and detail
