We are searching for the best talent for an Experienced Scientist, In-vivo CAR-T, to be based on-site in Spring House, PA or Leiden, Netherlands.

Purpose:

The Experienced Scientist will support the formulation development, optimization, and scale-up of lentiviral vector (LVV) drug product formulation early to late-stage development.

The role combines hands-on laboratory work with strong cross-functional collaboration to ensure robust, scalable, and GMP-ready processes.

Key Responsibilities:


* Formulation development and optimization of viral vectors e.g., LVV drug product across early and late development stages


* Perform hands-on laboratory work including formulation design, optimization, and characterization


* Analyze and interpret data to support formulation development, optimization, and decision-making


* Support formulation robustness activities


* Contribute to scale-up and manufacturing readiness, including support of technology transfer to internal sites or CMOs
