The Account-to-Report (A2R) organization is a global process-based finance team focused on delivering accurate, compliant, and efficient financial operations while partnering closely with corporate and business finance stakeholders.

Based in Bangalore, this role supports the Global A2R organization by driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, and customer-focused financial solutions in alignment with the Johnson & Johnson Credo.

Be Compliant & Maintain Operational Excellence


* Ensure compliance with J&J policies, SOX, audit, and regulatory requirements.


* Deliver accurate and timely financial close activities and reporting.


* Own end-to-end Intercompany and Interface Reconciliation processes across EMEA & APAC.


* Govern global process execution, controls, documentation, and audit readiness.

Be a Trusted Business Partner


* Partner with BUF, CFMs, SMEs, and Global Process Owners to drive business outcomes.


* Lead, develop, and mentor teams, SMEs, and future leaders.


* Act as a key contact for stakeholders, resolving issues and driving alignment.


* Influence process priorities, resource planning, and operational decisions.

End-to-End Process Governance


* Serve as process owner within the ICPC model for assigned Intercompany processes.
