Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of employees through cultivation of a high performance team.
- Ensure adequate staff coverage for assigned program area.
- Serve as subject matter expert for identified area of program knowledge.
- Ensure assigned team is meeting contract and individual SLA's, and related requirements.
- Work with contract management and shared services to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiencies.
- May attend client and stakeholder meetings.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments using standardized, evidence-based tools to identify clinical needs, readiness concerns, and resilience factors.
- Provide individual, family, and group counseling, including brief, solution-focused interventions and psychoeducation.
- Perform crisis assessment, triage, safety planning, and appropriate intervention in accordance with clinical protocols.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and document progress toward established goals.
- Coordinate care with primary care providers, behavioral health professionals, command leadership, and community or military support resources, as appropriate.
- Provide referrals and facilitate access to behavioral health, wellness, family-support, and community services.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation in the designated electronic health record system.
- Support resilience, suicide prevention, mental health promotion, and other preventive behavioral health initiatives.
- Participate in interdisciplinary case consultation, program meetings, quality-improvement activities, and outcome evaluation.
- Apply sound clinical judgment while maintaining professional boundaries, confidentiality, and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and ethical standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, technical training, or relevant experience in lieu of degree.
- Minimum of two years of related experience.
- Current LCSW or LMSW with license valid in the state of practice is required.
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- Current, unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker license in an applicable U.S.
state or jurisdiction.
- Minimum of two years of post-graduate clinical behavioral health experience.
- Demonstrated experience conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing psychotherapy, and responding to behavioral health crises.
- Ability to maintain required professional credentials and satisfy applicable contract, background, security, and site-access requirements.
- Proficiency with electronic health records and standard office technology.
