Position Summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech Surgery is recruiting for a North America Regional Medical Director to provide strategic medical leadership across the Surgery (formerly Ethicon) franchise throughout the United States and Canada.

This position is based in Raritan, NJ.

This highly visible leadership role is responsible for advancing the medical affairs strategy across a diverse portfolio of innovative surgical technologies.

The individual will serve as the regional medical leader, providing scientific and clinical expertise, driving medical governance, supporting product safety activities, overseeing clinical evidence generation, and fostering strong relationships with key healthcare stakeholders.

The North America Regional Medical Director will lead a team of Medical Affairs professionals, including regional Medical Affairs leaders and US-based Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) and while partnering cross-functionally with Commercial, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Health Care Compliance, Government Affairs, and Global Medical Affairs teams.
