Position Overview

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a highly capable Forward Deployed Engineer, Full Stack, Lead Engineer to work directly with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering partners to design, build, deploy, and operationalize modern digital solutions in real-world enterprise environments.

This role will serve as a hands-on technical lead embedded close to users and product teams, translating ambiguous business problems into secure, scalable, and production-ready full stack solutions.

The successful candidate will bridge product strategy, solution architecture, engineering execution, deployment, adoption, and operational support across Clinical Development, R&D, Medical Affairs, and enterprise technology capabilities.

The ideal candidate brings deep full stack engineering expertise, strong systems thinking, customer-facing problem solving, cloud-native delivery experience, DevSecOps discipline, and the ability to rapidly prototype, harden, and scale solutions within regulated enterprise technology environments.
