Position Overview

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Engineer, Platform Engineering to design, build, automate, secure, and operate cloud-based engineering platforms that enable fast, reliable, and compliant digital product delivery across enterprise technology environments.

This role will serve as a senior hands-on engineering contributor responsible for platform capabilities, infrastructure as code, cloud infrastructure operations, container platforms, developer self-service, observability, release enablement, and production reliability.

The successful candidate will work closely with software engineering, cybersecurity, quality, architecture, and operations teams to improve developer experience, platform resilience, operational controls, and delivery speed.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in platform engineering, cloud platforms, automation, Kubernetes, infrastructure provisioning, developer tooling, monitoring, incident response, secure engineering practices, and production support within regulated enterprise environments.
