Position Overview

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a highly motivated Manager, Full Stack Engineering to lead the design, development, modernization, and delivery of enterprise digital products and cloud-native applications that support business-critical capabilities across Clinical Development, R&D, Medical Affairs, and enterprise technology organizations.

This role will provide people leadership and technical direction for full stack engineering teams responsible for delivering secure, scalable, and user-centric applications.

The successful candidate will partner with product managers, architects, data and AI teams, business stakeholders, cybersecurity, quality, and platform engineering teams to build modern solutions that improve productivity, decision-making, and digital user experiences.

The ideal candidate brings strong engineering leadership, hands-on knowledge of modern front-end and back-end technologies, cloud-native architecture, API design, Agile delivery, DevSecOps, and regulated technology delivery practices.
