職位概要

以下の3つのチームを統括しManagement業務を遂行する。

(Logistics Planning Group)

輸入調達・在庫管理に関わる業務に対して責任を持ち、ロジスティクスプランニンググループを管理する。また輸入調達に関わる予算を計画し管理する。 　

(ROCオペレーション)

外部委託製造所を効果的に運営・管理し、薬事法法規制の順守及び品質の高いオペレーションを提供することに対して責任を持つ。包装表示行為に関する問い合わせおよび苦情に対し、常に迅速かつ適切に対応できる体制を整える。

(Technical Support)

 羽田ディストリートビューションセンター、嵐山オペレーションセンターなどの設備の安定稼動を図る為 、検証 （点検含め）、評価し関係者と改善を行う 。　医療機器の製造販売関連の要求事項を理解し、それらを厳守するように工程の維持、管理する。　 EHSS（環境安全衛生）スタンダードを元に安全に作業できる環境を実現する

* 輸入調達・在庫管理・Vendor管理・社員育成・派遣社員管理 ・ロジスティクスプランニンググループの日々の業務管理 ・欠品機会の最小化＆欠品による顧客・営業の影響の最小化 　(需要予測と生産計画に基づく在庫予測を正確に分析し、国内外の関係者へ情報をタイムリーに提供)


* 国内及び海外のステークホルダーとの協働力により正確な需要予測の作成を可能とするプロセスの構築 ・営業本部、マーケティング本部、財務本部の関係者のエンゲージメント向上 ・サプライヤー及び海外のディストリビューションとの良好なパートナーシップを構築し、顧客満足度を維持しつつ業務?...
