IT Helpdesk Internship

Responsibilities

Altec has an immediate need for an IT Helpdesk Intern for our Corporate Headquarters in Birmingham, AL.

The candidate selected for this position will gain hands-on experience supporting associates with a variety of technical issues and IT-related projects.

Intern will work alongside experienced IT professionals and other associates to develop troubleshooting, customer service, and technical support skills.

Through real-world experiences, candidates will learn how to diagnose and resolve technology issues, support hardware and software systems, and contribute to the overall success of the IT team.

Qualifications :


* Candidates must be pursuing or holding a degree in a technical field


* Candidates must be available to work onsite at our Corporate Headquarters in Birmingham, AL for the duration of the internship.
