Work Schedule :

Full-time, 100% FTE, day shift.

Monday- Friday between the hours of 7:00 am - 6:00 pm.

No weekends required.

Hours may vary based upon operational needs of the department.

Pay range is based on a full-time (100%) position.

We are seeking a Supervisor, Radiation Oncology to:



* Responsible for the leadership of imaging and treatment units of the department of Radiation Oncology at Eastpark Medical Center, including proton therapy


* Oversees day to day operation of simulation and radiation therapy treatment procedures


* Collaborates with physicians, physicists, dosimetry, nursing and schedulers on issues related to the management of patient care


* Provides staff supervision and leadership for radiation therapists in simulation, photon, and proton treatment areas

Qualifications



* Graduate from a School of Radiation Therapy Technology Required


* Bachelor's Degree in Radiation Therapy Technology or another relevant field Preferred

Work Experience



* 3 years of experience as a Radiation Therapist Required


* Prior leadership experience in a cancer treatment center Preferred


* Experience with proven proficiency in curriculum design, program administration, evaluation, instruction and counseling Preferred

Licenses & Certifications



* Certified as a radiation therapy technologist by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Upon Hire Required


* Basic Life Support (BLS) Upon Hire Required


* CMD or RTT Preferred
