Continuous Improvement intern

What will you do?Your Impactful Responsibilities


* Support Continuous Improvement projects focused on productivity, quality, safety, and operational efficiency.


* Lead and sustain 5S activities across manufacturing and warehouse areas, including audits, action tracking, and visual management implementation.


* Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify improvement opportunities and support decision-making.


* Create dashboards, reports, and performance metrics using Excel, Power BI, and other digital tools.


* Participate in Kaizen events, workshops, Gemba walks, and problem-solving activities.


* Support root cause analysis using methodologies such as 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, and Pareto Analysis.


* Assist in value stream mapping, process documentation, and workflow optimization initiatives.


* Track project actions, timelines, and results to ensure sustainability of improvements

* Ability to create clear process documentation and visual management materials.


* English communication skills preferred.

What qualifications will make you successful?


* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in:
+ Industrial Engineering
+ Manufacturing Engineering
+ Mechanical Engineering
+ Mechatronics Engineering
+ Supply Chain Engineering
+ Data Analytics or related fields


* Graduation date within the next 12-24 months (August 2027 or later)


* Availability to work onsite.


* Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.


* Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts such as 5S, Standard Work, Visual Management, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement.


* Basic knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics.


* Experience with Power BI, Minitab, SQL, Python, or other analytics tools is desirable.


* Intermediate English proficiency preferred.


* Strong academic performance and demonstrated interest in manufacturing, operations, or continuous improvement
