The Training Coordinator supports manufacturing performance and regulatory compliance by coordinating, delivering, and documenting technical training for site employees.

This role ensures personnel are trained and qualified before performing assigned job functions, maintains accurate and audit-ready training records, administers the Learning Management System (LMS), and provides management with timely visibility into training compliance.

The coordinator partners with supervisors, subject matter experts, and Quality to maintain effective curricula and promote consistent execution of site procedures and standards.

Key Responsibilities


* Coordinate and schedule onboarding, technical, refresher, and qualification training for manufacturing employees while minimizing disruption to operations.


* Manage employee training plans, curricula, and qualification requirements to ensure they remain current and aligned with job responsibilities, procedures, and departmental needs.


* Administer the Learning Management System, including training assignments, completion tracking, employee qualification status, master data, and compliance reporting.
