Purpose: The Associate Director, Customer Master & Data Product Owner is accountable for the management and implementation of customer master and reference data management for Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine (JJIM) to improve and maintain timeliness and quality of the data.

The Associate Director role specifically assists with the management of data specifications associated with customer and vendor data management within the company's data assets.

The role will guide local and vendor resources to ensure the continuous improvement of business results through the implementation and management of standard master data management processes, tools, and business rules.

In addition, provide ongoing management and oversight for master and reference data in support of business needs.

The Associate Director will manage the current inventory of data, along with appropriate data infrastructure, ensuring total quality and appropriate use across the organization, and will act as subject matter expert on opportunities to strengthen JJIM's Customer Master Data & Platform environment through new partners and approaches.
