Johnson & Johnson MedTech, Robotics and Digital (RAD) Solutions is recruiting for an Associate Performance Engineer - R&D Robotics.

This role will be located in Cincinnati, OH & work a Flex/Hybrid schedule with 3 days per week on-site .

Purpose:

As an Associate Performance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and optimizing the system-level performance of our innovative robotic medical devices.

Working closely with engineers across various fields, you will design tests, develop testing strategies, and analyze data to ensure our devices meet performance requirements.

Your expertise will be critical in driving the integration and optimization of robotic hardware and software, instrumentation, and control algorithms to deliver exceptional performance.
