Job Description:

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst (SFA), FP&A International for APAC region, located in Bangalore, India

The Senior Financial Analyst (SFA), FP&A International for APAC region plays a key role in supporting financial planning, forecasting, and performance management for the markets across APAC region .

This role partners closely with market finance leaders to deliver high‑quality financial insights, enable data‑driven decision‑making, and support delivery of business objectives.

The position offers strong exposure to international finance operations within a global MedTech organization and the opportunity to influence business performance in a dynamic, high‑growth region.

Key Responsibilities


* Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting, budgeting, and long‑range planning processes for the markets across APAC region



* Prepare and analyze financial results, including P&L performance, variance analysis, and key performance indicators.



* Partner with commercial and operational stakeholders to understand performance drivers, risks, and opportunities.



* Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support business initiatives, investments, and strategic decisions.



* Support month‑end close activities by reviewing results, ensuring data accuracy, and explaining variances to plan and prior periods.



* Provide clear and concise financial insights and presentations for senior management and regional leadership.



* Contribute to continuous improvement of FP&A processes, reporting tools, and standard methodologies across the markets

Qualifications

Education:


* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field (required).



* Master's degree or MBA (preferred).

Experience and Skills:
