Job Title: Activity Assistant (Full-Time)

Shift: Evening 2:00pm - 10:30pm
Location: Salinas, CA
Pay: $16.90 - $17.73 per hour

We are looking for a creative and high-energy Activity Assistant to join our team.

Role Overview
You will work with the Activity Director to lead a vibrant activities program.

Your goal is to keep residents engaged and active through physical, mental, and social programs.

Primary Responsibilities


* Plan and lead daily group activities and special events.


* Provide 1-on-1 support to encourage resident participation.


* Ensure all programs follow state and federal regulations.


* Support a positive and uplifting environment for residents and staff.
