* Pay Rate: $42.00 - $50.00 per hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities


* Oversee daily nursing operations and assist with clinical coordination.


* Provide guidance, support, and supervision to nursing staff.


* Ensure physician orders, care plans, and treatments are implemented accurately.


* Monitor resident conditions and communicate significant changes to the interdisciplinary team.


* Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges, and clinical documentation.


* Promote compliance with facility policies, regulatory requirements, and infection prevention standards.


* Address resident, family, and staff concerns in a professional and timely manner.


* Support quality assurance initiatives and maintain a safe, resident-centered environment.

Qualifications


* Current California LVN or RN license in good standing.


* Previous experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting preferred.


* Prior charge nurse, desk nurse, or supervisory experience is highly desirable.


* Strong leadership, communication, clinical, and organizational skills.


* Ability to multitask and effectively manage a fast-paced clinical environment.


* Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-focused care.
