Sunnyvale Gardens Post Acute is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our clinical team for PM and NOC shifts .

Our 140-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility is committed to providing high-quality, resident-centered care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Position Highlights


* Job Type: Full-Time


* Pay Rate: $50.00-$58.00 per hour, DOE


* Shifts: PM & NOC


* Schedule: 4 days on, 2 days off - rotating schedule

Key Responsibilities


* Provide compassionate, high-quality clinical care to short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residents.


* Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies safely and accurately.


* Perform resident assessments and monitor for changes in condition.


* Accurately document clinical findings, interventions, and resident status.


* Provide direction and support to CNAs and LVNs.


* Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team.


* Respond appropriately to clinical concerns and emergencies.


* Promote a safe, respectful, and resident-centered environment.

Qualifications


* Current, unrestricted California RN license .


* Current BLS/CPR certification .


* Previous skilled nursing, post-acute, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred.


* New graduates are welcome to apply.


* Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
