As a Physical Therapist, you'll help residents regain strength, mobility, balance, and independence while providing high-quality, individualized care.

Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, you will:


* Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans


* Provide skilled, evidence-based interventions including therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance activities, functional mobility training, and manual therapy


* Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes


* Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapy professionals, and the interdisciplinary care team


* Educate residents and families on therapeutic exercises, mobility techniques, safety, and discharge recommendations


* Participate in care planning and discharge planning as appropriate


* Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation

Qualifications


* Current and active California Physical Therapist (PT) license


* Strong clinical assessment and treatment-planning skills


* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


* Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team


* Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care


* Strong organizational and documentation skills
