Operations Lead

* Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure engineering initiatives, including planning, execution, issue management, and status reporting


* Provide technical leadership and production engineering support for enterprise integrations (APIs, middleware, ETL), ensuring stable operations, timely incident resolution, and continuous improvement of integration platforms and interfaces across systems


* Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver work across infrastructure, platform, security, and operations dependencies


* Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and escalations to support quality delivery outcomes


* Partner with stakeholders to define priorities, align resources, and track progress against delivery objectives


* Monitor delivery metrics and operational performance to identify gaps, drive resolution, and support continuous improvement
