Work You'll Do

As a Manager, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Supply Chain & Network Operations team, you will be responsible for...


* Lead assessments of supply chain processes, operating models, and performance metrics to identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities


* Manage day-to-day delivery of project workstreams, including team coordination, milestone tracking, and quality review of client deliverables


* Develop and oversee analyses, business cases, and recommendations across planning, sourcing, logistics, inventory, and distribution activities


* Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, and working sessions to define future-state requirements and implementation priorities


* Support client relationship management, implementation planning, and business development activities for supply chain transformation efforts

Qualifications

Required:


* Bachelor's degree


* 6+ years of experience in supply chain strategy, supply chain operations, procurement, logistics, inventory management, or network optimization


* 3+ years of experience leading project workstreams, project teams, or transformation initiatives


* 2+ years of experience serving federal, state, local government, or public higher education clients
