Work you'll do

Acts as a trusted advisor, providing legal and business advice to engagement teams, business leaders, quality risk managers, and other stakeholders in connection with matters of significance to the Deloitte U.S.

Firms.

Illustrative Duties and Responsibilities


* Provides legal and business risk advice regarding contractual terms, client relations and practice and compliance matters.


* Works with practitioners to help identify and mitigate engagement risks.


* Reviews and/or revises contracts, such as engagement agreements, subcontract agreements, license agreements, confidentiality agreements, third party access letters, client policies and other related agreements.


* Negotiates contract terms with clients, subcontractors, vendors, non-client third parties and others.


* Provides critical analysis of legal and business risks, negotiation strategies, client relations and practice and compliance matters.


* Performs other job-related duties as assigned.


* Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Qualifications

Required:


* JD or LLM from an accredited US law school


* Licensed to practice law in the United States.


* 3 or more years of legal experience (including experience at a large law firm or equivalent organization).
