This role provides hands-on leadership and oversight of the daily activities and personnel within assigned functions.

The position works closely with employees, leaders, and other departments to ensure operations are organized, efficient, and aligned with organizational goals.

A key focus of this position is the evaluation, organization, coordination, and oversight of projects that support the ongoing needs of the organization.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, initiative, communication, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work effectively with a variety of teams.

This position in non exempt and will be required to work 40 hours per week.
