Customer Service Specialist

Via Seating is hiring a new Customer Service Specialist to join our Sales team!! Vias Customer Service Specialist is responsible for the is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and serving as a primary point of contact for Vias external customers.

This position manages customer requests, provides accurate account and product information, coordinates order updates, supports the sales team, and works proactively to resolve questions or concerns.

Vias Customer Service Specialist works closely with customers, sales partners, and internal departments to gather information, coordinate solutions, and ensure customer needs are met.

This role requires strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and follow-through, with a focus on creating positive customer experiences and maintaining strong customer relationships.

The successful candidate will develop a thorough understanding of Via, Inc.

products, processes, and systems in order to effectively answer customer questions, resolve issues, and provide appropriate solutions.

Vias Customer Service Specialist position is an in-person, non-safety sensitive position.

The opportunity to work in a hybrid capacity may be considered upon completion of training.

Pay Range is $22.00 - $25.00/hourly to start DOE.
