What you'll do:

As a Manager in our Tax Transformation Consulting (TTC) - Tax Systems group, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of tax technology projects which include implementing tax systems, automating and improving direct tax processes, and training our clients.

Responsibilities include


* Delivery: Assist with leading and overseeing delivery of direct tax systems client engagements, including multiple concurrent engagements and teams; manage engagement economics, risk, and quality.


* Solutions: Drive the identification, design, and implementation of technology and innovative solutions to address complex tax needs, bringing thought leadership to client challenges.


* Cross Functional Teaming: Champion the broader TTC practice and Deloitte overall; build and maintain relationships across service lines to serve clients holistically.


* People Development: Serve as a coach and mentor; assist with staffing processes, retention activities, and the development of seniors and other team members.


* Business Development: Assist with business development efforts, including identifying and pursuing new opportunities, assisting proposal and pursuit teams, and expanding existing client relationships.
