What you'll do:

As a Senior Consultant in our Tax Transformation Consulting (TTC) - Tax Systems group, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of tax technology projects which include implementing tax systems, automating and improving direct tax processes, and training our clients.

Responsibilities include:


* Client Connection: Work with our clients on achieving project goals and deliverables.


* Delivery: Work as a part of an engagement team and provide high quality deliverables, such as workpapers, implemented tax systems, design documentation, training manuals, and status reports.

Raise areas of potential risk to team leaders.


* Solutions: Participate in the identification and design of innovative technology solutions for our clients.


* Cross Functional Teaming: Work with others across TTC and Deloitte Tax.


* People Development: Manage tax consultants on engagements and serve as a onboarding advisor to interns and tax consultants.


* Business Development: Assist with proposals as necessary
