In this role, you'll help residents regain independence, improve functional abilities, and achieve meaningful rehabilitation goals in a supportive, resident-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities

As an Occupational Therapist, you will:


* Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans


* Provide skilled therapy interventions to improve ADLs, strength, mobility, coordination, and functional independence


* Implement evidence-based treatment approaches based on each resident's needs and goals


* Utilize appropriate therapeutic modalities to support clinical outcomes


* Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as needed


* Collaborate with nursing, physicians, therapy staff, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team


* Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation


* Educate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment strategies and techniques that promote independence and safety

Qualifications


* Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program


* Current and active California Occupational Therapist (OT) license , or eligibility for licensure


* Strong clinical assessment and treatment-planning skills


* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


* Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team


* Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care
