Job Description

We are seeking motivated, results-driven Virtual Senior Outbound Business Sales Representatives to join our organization.

This role will focus on outbound sales.

Representatives engage with customers virtually to identify needs, present solutions, and close sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This is a fast-paced, performance-based role offering a base pay plus commission structure.

Virtual Senior Business Sales Representatives Compensation

Total Target Compensation (Base pay + Commission) $34.22/hour+

Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets.

Virtual Senior Business Sales Representative Responsibilities:

Conduct high-volume inbound/outbound calls to new or existing business customers.

Focused on mobile device solutions on small to medium sized business

Actively prospect, upsell, cross-sell, and retain customers through consultative selling.

Manage a personal sales pipeline and meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Demonstrate confidence in value-based selling and objection handling.

Thrive in a metrics-driven environment with aggressive goals.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum 1-2 years of commission-driven sales experience

Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely

Reliable internet connection with a minimum 100 Mbps speed

Home office setup meeting specified requirement
