About the Role

IntelliSource is seeking an experienced Asset Protection (AP) / Safety Coordinator to support facility security, employee health and safety, regulatory compliance, training, auditing, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced distribution or fulfillment environment.

This role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day execution of Asset Protection and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) programs while partnering with site leadership, operations, associates, contractors, and external emergency response resources.

The AP / Safety Coordinator will help identify and reduce operational risk, maintain regulatory and company compliance, support incident response, and promote a safe and secure workplace.

Contract Duration: Immediate start through an estimated date on or around December 31, 2026 with final dates based on business demands.

Primary Responsibilities

Asset Protection & Facility Security


* Support the implementation and execution of facility Asset Protection policies, procedures, practices, and guidelines.


* Partner with facility security personnel and operational leadership to maintain a safe and secure work environment.


* Monitor and support facility access control processes, systems, and equipment.


* Assist with identifying, documenting, and escalating potential security risks, policy violations, loss-prevention concerns, or suspicious activity.


* Support investigations and incident reviews within assigned scope of responsibility.


* Maintain appropriate documentation and records related to Asset Protection and facility security activities.


* Assist with emergency response coordination and summon emergency services when necessary.

Environmental Health & Safety


* Support compliance with applicable OSHA requirements, company safety standards, environmental health and safety requirements, and other applicable regulatory guidelines.


* Conduct routine facility safety inspections, observations, and audits to identify potential hazards, unsafe behaviors, and compliance gaps.


* Conduct daily building audits and other required safety or operational compliance inspections.


* Communicate employee health and safety risks to facility and operational leadership.


* Assist leadership with corrective actions related to identified safety concerns.


* Support emergency preparedness programs, including evacuation procedures and emergency response plans.
