Be part of our talented team and start soaring to new heights! Job Summary We are seeking a Thermwood Programmer to develop CNC programs using released engineering drawings, revise programs following new revision releases, and create programs for soft tooling.

This role works closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to support accurate, efficient, and timely production.

Accurately read and interpret engineering drawingsRead and understand CNC G-codeSelect appropriate cutting tools for optimum accuracy and efficiency of part requirementsGenerate G-code using Mastercam softwareOptimize operation toolpaths and cutting toolsUse problem-solving skills to resolve programming issuesMeet deadlines and work effectively under rush delivery situationsCollaborate with engineering and manufacturing staffRevise programs as new drawing or design revisions are released General Qualifications Education: A High School Diploma is desired.Trade or Technical School is desired.

Experience: 0-3 years experience using CAM software Skills: Ability to understand engineering drawingsBasic computer skillsAbility to use CAM softwareStrong teamwork skillsGood communication skillsKnowledge of cutting toolsMastercam proficiency preferredCATIA proficiency preferredPLM software experience preferred Other: Extended or irregular hours may be requiredMust be authorized to work in the United States.
