Process Automation - Proposals Intern (Polanco, CDMX)

Ready to kickstart your career with real-world experience? We're offering an Intern, Apprentice, or Trainee opportunity in Customer Projects, Solutions and Services where you'll support delivery activities and learn how we bring projects from planning to successful execution.

What will you do?


* Support the development of automation proposals for industrial customers.


* Assist in the creation, update, and standardization of technical documentation and procedures.


* Collaborate with engineering teams on process improvement and automation initiatives.


* Help maintain proposal databases, templates, and tender documentation.


* Support internal and external projects related to process automation solutions.


* Work with cross-functional teams while developing technical and business communication skills.

What qualifications will make you successful?


* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Control & Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field, graduating in December 2027 or later.


* Available to remain in the internship program for at least one year and currently in the final semesters of your degree.


* Intermediate to advanced English (B2+ preferred), with the ability to read, write, and present in English.


* Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.


* Interest in process automation, industrial systems, power systems, and proposal development.


* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.


* Proactive attitude, creativity, teamwork, responsibility, and commitment.


* Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.


* Team-oriented mindset and openness to guidance as you build practical knowledge



*Graduation Date: December 2027 or later



*Intermediate to Advanced level of English
