BMS Tender Manager

The BMS Tender Manager is responsible for developing techno-commercial proposals for Building Management Systems (BMS), Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS), and Digital Energy solutions.

Working under the guidance of the Tender Lead, the role supports solution development, estimation, risk assessment, and proposal preparation while collaborating with customers, consultants, procurement teams, sales teams, and technical experts.

The position contributes to successful business development for Data Centers, Critical Infrastructure, and Digital Energy projects through competitive, compliant, and profitable tender submissions.

[Key Responsibilities]
1.

Tender Preparation & Proposal Development
• Develop technical and commercial proposals for BMS, EPMS, and Digital Energy opportunities.
• Analyze customer specifications, tender documents, and project requirements.
• Define solution concepts, system architectures, bill of materials, and compliance statements.
• Prepare proposal documentation and bid submission packages.

Estimation & Solution Development
• Develop project cost estimates and support pricing activities.
• Support technical solution selection and optimization based on customer requirements.
• Identify technical assumptions, exclusions, and project execution considerations.
• Contribute to proposal competitiveness, profitability, and risk management.

3.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
• Participate in technical clarifications with customers, consultants, and procurement teams.
• Coordinate proposal development with SMEs, SMOs, SMLs, project delivery teams, and sales organizations.
• Support proposal reviews and ensure timely completion of tender deliverables.

4.

Governance & Continuous Improvement
• Support CPP governance activities and S2 Stage Gate readiness during the selling phase.
• Assist in technical and commercial risk assessments.
• Contribute to tendering templates, best practices, and process improvements.

[Qualifications & Skills]
Education
• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, Automation Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience
• 3-8 years of experience in BMS, EPMS, SCADA, PLC/DDC, Building Automation, or Industrial Automation projects.
• Experience with technical tendering, proposal development, solution engineering, or project execution activities.
• Experience in Data Center, Critical Facility, or Industrial Infrastructure projects is preferred.

Technical Competencies
• Strong knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS), Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS), SCADA, HVAC Control Systems, PLC/DDC platforms, and Building Automation solutions.
• Ability to interpret customer specifications and develop compliant technical solutions, system architectures, and proposal strategies.
