The Role: Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead and drive warehouse operations within our Batam Logistics Platform.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing receiving, inventory, issuing, and shipping activities while ensuring operational excellence, safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.

You will lead a team in delivering high standards of productivity, inventory accuracy, customer satisfaction, and logistics performance while supporting Schneider Electric's world-class supply chain operations.

What will you do?

Warehouse Operations Management


* Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventory management, material issuing, and shipping.


* Ensure smooth warehouse operations to support on-time delivery and production continuity.


* Drive inventory accuracy and maintain compliance with warehouse procedures and standards.


* Monitor warehouse capacity utilization and optimize material flow.

Receiving & Inventory Management


* Ensure incoming materials match purchase orders and delivery requirements.


* Improve receiving efficiency and lead times.


* Maintain accurate inventory records and support cycle count activities.


* Ensure compliance with FIFO and inventory control practices.

Shipping & Customer Service


* Oversee shipment preparation and outbound logistics activities.


* Ensure products are packed, labeled, and shipped according to customer requirements.


* Minimize shipping delays and improve shipping accuracy.


* Support customer satisfaction through reliable logistics execution.

Team Leadership


* Lead, coach, and develop warehouse team members.


* Identify talent and support succession planning initiatives.


* Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.


* Conduct training and competency development programs.

Health, Safety & Compliance


* Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with HSE requirements.


* Maintain warehouse housekeeping standards and facility readiness.
