Key Responsibilities: Operations & Profitability Ensure branch operations align with company goals and maintain profitability.

Oversee inventory management and asset maintenance, including vehicles, forklifts, wire machines, and facility upkeep.

Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to coordinate special deliveries and order fulfillment.

Support other branch managers or credit managers as needed.

Leadership & Team Management Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees by reviewing resumes and conducting interviews.

Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance evaluations to ensure accountability and efficiency.

Assist employees with daily tasks and problem-solving when necessary.
