Business Analyst – Sales Excellence / Commercial Technology

We are hiring a Business Analyst Sales Excellence / Commercial Technology.

The Business Analyst Sales Excellence / Commercial Technology is an experienced professional responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for a variety of IT projects.

This role acts as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT development teams, translating business needs into clear and actionable specifications.

The Business Analyst Sales Excellence / Commercial Technology will contribute to the full software development lifecycle and support the implementation of effective IT solutions.

This position can work remotely within the US, but must be willing to travel to any of our locations, as needed.

Essential Responsibilities: Lead the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business requirements (functional and non-functional) for moderately complex projects.

Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings with business stakeholders to gather information.

Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement, proposing solutions.

Create detailed user stories, use cases, process flows, and data models.

Collaborate with development teams to ensure requirements are understood and met.

Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).

Manage requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.

Assist in preparing project documentation, including scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.

Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders.

2-5 years of progressive experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

Qualifications List Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements for IT projects.

Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

Proficiency in requirements management tools and techniques (e.g., Azure DevOps, Visio).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).

Ability to facilitate meetings and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.

Experience with data analysis and reporting.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
