3 and employers affiliated with the National Electrical Contractors Association.

Under general supervision, the Benefits Contribution Processorwill report to the Supervisor and work closely with various internal and external stakeholders and be responsible for various duties, including but not limited to: Process employer payroll contributions.Review contributions submissions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.Investigate and resolve contribution discrepancies and some reporting errors.Provide support to contractors by addressing questions, concerns, and payment-related issues.Collaborate with Legal, Accounting, and Benefits Administration to ensure accurate payroll contributions.Process the Job Targeting Fund for payroll.Scanning documents as needed.Setting up new members information/updating members promotions, status, and rate changes.Review and evaluate eligibility for benefits programs for the Electrical Industry, including but not limited to Medical, Dental, Prescription, Optical, G-Benefit, and Legal.Serve as back-up in some areas of the department.Update eligibility information in the system.Input, verify, and maintain data in spreadsheets, and other data management tools.

Support internal and external stakeholders by addressing requests, resolving issues, and providing customer service both telephonically and in person.

Performs other duties and special assignments as deemed necessary.

Work Environment This job operates in a professional office Customer Service Center environment.

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as desktop computers, phone, headset, scanner, printer, keyboard, photocopiers, shredder, and fax.

Physical Demands Sedentary work environment with physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the functions of this job.

This would require the ability to lift files, pull files/forms/books, stand, bending, shred documents, open/close filing cabinets as necessary.
