What you will do

Kenvue is currently recruiting for a: Process/ Project Engineering Co-op (Spring / Summer 2027)

The Process/ Project Engineering Co-Op is a 6 to 12 month experience designed to help college students develop leadership, technical, and communication skills through practical business experience and ongoing training, development, coaching and mentorship.

This role will enable the student to have real-life work application of concepts and theories learned in the classroom in a consumer products manufacturing facility.

This is a full-time (minimum 40 hours per week) assignment.

Key Responsibilities

Support of daily activities on-site within the facility, including but not limited to:


* Project Management Support


* Data Analysis and Root Cause Problem Solving


* Supporting the development and implementation of innovative methods to improve site processes and performance metrics


* Validation Activity Support

Required Qualifications


* Legally authorized to work permanently in the U.S.

and not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g.

H1-B status)


* Actively enrolled in an accredited university through the duration of co-op assignment pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree focused in: Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Packaging, Computer, Bio-Medical, Electrical)


* Ability to commit to at least a 5 to 6 month duration, minimum 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday) for the length of the assignment, starting in January 2027 and continuing until at least June 2027 with an opportunity to extend into the Summer / Fall of 2027.


* Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA


* Proficient in Windows software applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) at a minimum


* Ability to provide their own transportation between home and work location on a daily basis
