What You'll Do
Safety & Compliance


* Conduct regular jobsite inspections, audits, and field observations across company operations.


* Partner with crews and supervisors to identify hazards and provide practical safety recommendations.


* Monitor compliance with OSHA, MSHA, and company policies.


* Inspect equipment, machinery, and work areas to promote accident prevention and safe work practices.


* Verify proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety procedures.


* Evaluate workplaces for noise, atmospheric, lighting, and other occupational hazards using specialized monitoring equipment.


* Assist with accident investigations, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and incident documentation.


* Support workers' compensation processes in collaboration with Safety and HR leadership.

Training & Employee Engagement


* Deliver safety training and toolbox talks for employees and field personnel.
