The Opportunity:

You will serve as a lead heavy equipment operator executing high-end residential landscaping and site development projects across the region.

How You Will Make an Impact:


* Operate heavy excavation and landscape machinery safely to execute site preparation and grading.


* Execute precise grading, trenching, and material movement for high-end residential installations.


* Inspect and maintain assigned machinery daily to ensure optimal operation and site safety.


* Collaborate with field crews to ensure seamless project delivery aligned with design specs.


* Adapt quickly to variable job site conditions while maintaining strict safety standards.


* Drive project efficiency as a level-headed self-starter dedicated to quality craftsmanship.

Required Qualifications & Experience:


* Active Hoisting License.


* Valid DOT Medical Examiner Certificate  


* Demonstrated experience operating heavy machinery on active field sites.


* Proven ability to work independently as a career-oriented self-starter.


* Strong commitment to workplace safety and equipment maintenance routines.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:


* 5+ years of heavy machinery operation in residential landscaping or excavation.


* High School Diploma or GED equivalent.


* Broad experience with site prep for luxury outdoor living environments.

* Tier 2: Heavy Equipment Machinery with 3-5years and Hydraulics License : $28-$34


* Tier 3: Heavy Equipment with CDL license, Hydraulics License, BluePrint Reading Skills: $34-$40
