Key Responsibilities


* Lead and supervise daily carpentry activities on residential and commercial projects.


* Read and interpret architectural drawings to perform accurate layouts of walls, roofs, and structures.


* Delegate and oversee tasks to ensure efficient teamwork and project progress.


* Install cabinets, millwork, and custom carpentry to meet project specifications.


* Ensure jobsite safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company and industry standards.


* Communicate effectively with team members, customers, subcontractors, and project managers.


* Provide mentorship and guidance to crew members to strengthen skills and teamwork.


* Assist in problem-solving and implementing creative solutions on-site.

Qualifications


* Minimum 5 years of carpentry/construction experience.


* Experience working on custom projects from start to finish in high-end homes.


* Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, layouts, and framing.


* Skilled in custom cabinet installation, millwork, rough, and finish carpentry.


* Proven leadership ability to delegate tasks and motivate a team.


* Experience with construction software is a plus.


* Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.


* Valid driver’s license required.
