As a Sr.Software Project Manager, Complex Projects you will be responsible
for:
Must live within Southwest Zone: AR, AZ, CO, KS, ND, NE, NM, OK, SD, TX, UT, WY
* Manage large scale, complex cross-functional software implementation projects with a diverse group of clinical and IT subject matter experts from project initiation to closure.
* Own project governance, including stakeholder management, schedules, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and action items, utilizing standard project management tools and methodologies.
* Manage relationships with client and partner stakeholders to ensure satisfaction throughout the projects lifecycle.
* Provide reports indicating installation activities including tight control of project forecast.
* Monitor project readiness and coordinate equipment and licensing deliveries to ensure timely and effective system installations.
* Review purchase order transmittals noting any unusual service requirements and follow up with appropriate function.
* Mentor and support the development of other project managers
* Advise customers on complex facility requirements, needs and/or changes including, but not limited to active directory and domain requirements, IT security, power and network requirements, workstation layout, and server requirements.
* Utilize expert knowledge in our industry and convey knowledge to others through the generation of procedures, FAQs, and other technical documentation.
* Serve as a subject matter expert by delivering product, process, and procedural training, as well as mentoring and supporting other project managers.
* Determine and apply appropriate methods and procedures for new or complex assignments, with work reviewed by peers or leadership.
* Contribute to and support continuous improvement initiatives focused on project execution, quality, and customer experience
Required skills to have for the success of this role:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
* 5+ years of direct project management or Oncology experience.
* Ability to travel up to 15-20% to visit customers, training or in-person meetings
* Strong customer service mindset with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships
* Highly analytical, detailed oriented and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
